NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

- SPONSOR
The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is COLUMBUS CHAPTER MARC INC (the “Sponsor”), located at 7915 W Wespointe, Dr, Columbus, IN 47201.
- ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to the registered participants of the 2026 MARC National Meet (the “Event”) in French Lick, Indiana who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of entry and have a valid registration number for the Event. Each eligible Event registration number is considered as the Entrant (the “Entrants”).
- AGREEMENT TO RULES
By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and Entrants represent and warrant they meet the eligibility requirements. Entrants agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding in all matters and disputes related to the Sweepstakes. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between any promotional materials, registration forms, website information, or other communications regarding the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall govern and prevail in all instances.
- ENTRY PERIOD
Entries will be accepted starting on January 1, 2026 at 12:01am EST and ending on July 16, 2026 at 3:00pm EDT (the “Entry Period”).
- HOW TO ENTER
Eligible Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes by purchasing tickets either through the online registration form, the mailed in registration form, or at the French Lick Resort at the designated location from July 12, 2026 4:00pm EDT through July 16, 2026 at 3:00pm EDT. All forms of entry for purchased tickets must be received by July 16, 2026 at 3:00pm EDT. Unlimited number of tickets may be purchased by the Entrant.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Entrants may enter without making a purchase by requesting at the time of on-site registration one (1) entry per prize. Limit of one (1) AMOE entry per Entrant (Event registration number) per prize.
- PRIZES
Winner(s) will receive the following prizes:

* For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, Bucket Offer is considered as one prize offering.
The prize is non-transferable. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
- ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor on or after July 16, 2026 at 4:00pm EDT.
The Winner(s) will be notified by a Winner List posted at the French Lick Resort, by email, and/or telephone within five (5) business days following the drawing. If the Winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within ten (10) business days, the prize may be forfeited.
- TAXES AND EXPENSES
The prize Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any and all expenses associated with the receipt or use of the prize. Shipping of the prize is the responsibility of the Winner, including selection of the shipping vendor and associated expenses.
- RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, Entrant agrees release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) Entrant participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) technical failures; (iii) unauthorized human intervention; (iv) electronic or human error; (v) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
