The interior trim is blue-gray colonial grain artificial leather. The ORIGINAL door and cowl trim are matching cardboard. Note the flat, crisp, original shape of the seat cushion. The cross welt is drawn down into the special Roadster/Phaeton spring assembly. The cushion edge welt is positioned low with five darts in each front corner. As with other open models, the cushion covers are permanently crimped into a channel at the base of the springs.

| Another view of the interior taken during restoration. Note the special anti-squeak/trim welt at the end of the belt rail finish strip (dash rail). The anti-squeak matched the interior trim i.e., blue-gray for the ’29 Roadster and Phaeton, Spanish brown for the ’28 Roadster, Phaeton, and ’28-’30 Open cabs (76-A). The windshield finger clips (finger pulls) were introduced in mid-1928, and were painted with the windshield frame. |
